Therapy for teens, adults & relationships

Inclusive Connections Counseling

Welcome!

Therapy should feel supportive, helpful, and collaborative.

With a relational foundation, building a trusted therapeutic relationship with the right therapist can motivate clients towards deep reflection, healing, and shifting the inner narratives that keep us suffering. I’ve seen this work create space for greater self-awareness, compassionate accountability, and meaningful change that helps clients thrive.

I often work with clients that want to feel less impacted by harm & trauma, manage their emotional world with more ease and gain clarity on the things that are keeping them feeling stuck. I also work often with clients on concerns like life transitions, grief & loss, LGBTQIA+ & identity exploration, difficult interpersonal patterns, and managing anxiety or depression.

Throughout my practice, I use an integrative approach of person-centered relational therapy, interpersonal awareness techniques, regulation & coping tools, IFS/Parts Work, and narrative exposure techniques. My therapeutic lens is rooted in attachment and systems; both the systems of our families as well as the social systems we live in and how they impact our mental health and well-being. In all of my work, I am mindful of the ways my own privileged and marginalized identities intersect with and impact my clients and the ways we discuss mental health.

With relationships, my goal is to help clients deepen their emotional connection, increase healthy communication and relational understanding, and explore unhealed patterns in order to change them. I’ve seen this help clients grow, strengthen intimacy, and build more authentic and fulfilling ways of relating to each other.

In my work with teens, the focus of my support often revolves around managing anxieties, self-discovery, difficult family or peer relationships, personal growth, and self-esteem.

All sessions are virtual currently though that may change mid 2026.

I also provide clinical supervision.
