Clinical Supervision

I offer clinical supervision through a relational lens, guided by the Integrative Developmental Model (IDM). At the heart of my approach is the belief that growth happens best in a supportive, collaborative relationship. Supervision with me is a space where you can bring your whole self—your questions, your uncertainties, and all the stuff that hits a nerve with you while being a therapist —knowing that it will all be met with curiosity, care, and respect.

Using the IDM, I tailor our work together to where you are in your professional journey, whether you are just starting out or seeking to deepen and refine your practice. Together, we will explore your clinical work, your unique therapeutic style, and the ways you continue to grow both personally and professionally.

My goal as a supervisor is to create a safe, encouraging environment where you feel both supported and gently challenged, so you can build confidence, strengthen your skills, and trust your own voice as a therapist.

If you’re looking for a supportive place to learn, grow, and feel grounded in your work, I’d love to connect with you about supervision.
