Therapy that meets you where you’re at so that you can get to where you want to be.
An Inclusive Approach
My work is relational at its core because I believe long-term growth and healing happen within trusting, supportive relationships and therapy is no exception. My practice is rooted in inclusivity and I strive to create a secure, affirming space where all identities and bodies are valued and respected. Some of the populations I work with often are queer, trans, neurodivergent, and poly/non-monogamous. Throughout my work, I maintain a trauma-informed, HAES-informed space for all my clients.
I utilize an attachment lens and systems perspective to better understand the experiences, anxieties, social systems, and patterns shaping your life and relationships. Together, we’ll explore these dynamics with compassion and curiosity.
The framework I use integrates the following:
• Elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts Work
• Skill development for coping, regulation & relational ease
• Mentalization-Based Narrative Exposure Therapy (MBNET)
If you are interested in MBNET specifically, please reach out to discuss options.
